Unassign Device

A device can be unassigned from an agent by using DELETE method:

Requests

  • ...api/v2/users/{userid}/devices/{deviceid}
    • Unassigns device from target user
    • Requires contact center admin role
  • ...api/v2/me/devices/{deviceid}
    • Unassigns device from current user
    • Requires contact center agent role.

Example

  DELETE .../api/v2/users/{user_id}/devices/{device_id}
