How to install docker / run docker containers

2019

  1. Install (or upgrade to this version of Docker toolbox)
    https://download.docker.com/win/stable/DockerToolbox.exe
  2. Start Docker Quickstart terminal
  3. cd in the directory where you stored all the needed files:
    MStrDockerBits.png
    cd C:/Files/_GCXI/_Training_Chantilly/USETHESE
  4. Delete old images to cleanup disk space (This will delete everything you have - all containers/images, etc) -
  5. this command is only available in later versions of Docker toolbox
    docker system prune -a
  6. Load new Docker images
    docker load -i gcxi-3a99bedbf23e25701fc8f92048d6b178dd7b648a.tar.gz
    docker load -i postgre-mstr-b0850aa2b45d8e9afe25c36c0b2b5b9efea455da.tar.gz
  7. Run containers:
    docker-compose -p mstr up
  8. Give it 3-5 minutes to start and you can access MSTR Web by pointing your browser to:
    http://192.168.99.100:8080/MicroStrategy/servlet/mstrWeb
    Note: IServer from Developer on 192.168.99.100 port
  9. User:
    Administrator/gcxi_admin
  10. To stop everything and discard all changes do this
    docker-compose -p mstr down
  11. To just stop do (you can start later and all your changes in project will be preserved)
    docker-compose -p mstr stop
  12. then to restart, just do:
    cd C:/Files/_GCXI/_Training_Chantilly/USETHESE
    docker-compose -p mstr start

GPM Score/Global The average predictive routing score for all agents in the target group.
GPM Score/Median The median predictive routing score for the target group of agents.
GPM Score/Max The highest predictive routing score for any agent in the target group.
GPM Score/Min The lowest predictive routing score for any agent in the target group.
GPM Agent Rank The agent's predictive routing score ranked against all other agents in the target group, where 1 is the rank of the agent with the best score.
GPM Target Pool Size The number of available agents with the requested skill set.
Predictive Routing/Model The model that was used to score the agent for customer matching
PredictiveRouting/Result Indicates if the Predictive Routing request was processed successfully. The value is one of error or OK.
Predictive Routing/Message If an error occurs while returning scoring results, this field contains the error message. The value is NULL if no error is returned, or an integer between 1 and 10 to identify the error.
Mode The current value of gpm-mode, which indicates the corrent mode of operation of GPM. Value is one of: prod, off, gpm-discovery, ab-test-time-sliced, or unknown.
Model ID The identifier for the model that was used to score the agent for customer matching.
Model Name The name of the model that was used to score the agent for customer matching.
Predictor ID The identifier for the predictor that was used to request scoring for predictive routing.
Predictor Name The name of the predictor that was used to request scoring for predictive routing.
Predictive Routing Turnaround Time Amount of time the interaction spent in queue while waiting for Predictive Routing scoring to be completed.
GPM Customer Data Found Indicates whether features from customer records were successfully retrieved from CRM database and used in the calculation of agent scores.
