Resolved Issues

This release contains the following resolved issues:

Stat Server now correctly constructs Virtual Agent Groups after re-reading its configuration upon failure to restore a session with Configuration Server. (SS-8125)

Stat Server no longer terminates unexpectedly in the following scenario:

  1. The following statistic is opened:
      MainMask=<action>
      GroupBy=GetString( UserData, <key> )
      OrderBy=<order>
  2. The action <action> with the key <key> and an empty string value in UserData is generated.

(SS-8083)

Stat Server no longer stops writing the StatFile upon failure to restore a session with Configuration Server. (SS-8082)

When Stat Server rereads the configuration after failing to restore a session with Configuration Server, Stat Server now correctly uses the optimized method of creating virtual agent groups. Previously, Stat Server used the slow method, which greatly increased the average time to recovery. (SS-8081)

Stat Server now ignores EventPartyChanged events in which AttributeFirstTransferConnID has been mutated. Previously, Stat Server terminated unexpectedly when it received EventPartyChanged events with a mutated AttributeFirstTransferConnID. (SS-8079)

When restoring statistics from a backup file, Stat Server now correctly restores statistics with specific options defined. Previously, while reading the backup file, Stat Server incorrectly ignored specific options of the statistic if the option value included pipe (|) or equals sign (=) symbols. As a result, incorrect or meaningless statistics might have been computed. (SS-8076)

In Linux deployments, Stat Server no longer terminates unexpectedly at startup when it is unable to determine the number of CPU cores on the machine. (SS-8060)
