This release contains the following resolved issues:

Stat Server no longer enters an infinite loop in the following scenario:

• The skill skill_name exists.
• There is at least one agent who has the skill skill_name with non-zero level.
• The Skill("skill_name") script is added to an empty regular agent group.

Important

Genesys recommends that you use the SkillExists("skill_name") script instead of the Skill("skill_name") script to specify skills for virtual agent groups, as documented in the Stat Server User’s Guide.
