Resolved Issues

This release contains the following resolved issues:

Stat Server no longer terminates unexpectedly in the following scenario:

  1. An agent belongs to a virtual agent group, defined with the following script:
    LoggedIn( "Q1@Switch" ) and OriginationDN=[ "Q2@Switch" ]
  2. The agent logs into a DN and queue Q1, so that the DN becomes associated with queues Q1 and Q2.
  3. The agent logs out from the DN (and Q1).
  4. T-Server does not send EventQueueLogout at agent logout.
  5. The tenant associated with the DN is removed from the list of Stat Server–monitored tenants in the configuration.

Stat Server release 8.5.102.12 and higher could terminate unexpectedly as a result of the above scenario. (SS-6699)
