Resolved Issues
This release contains the following resolved issues:
WFM Builder improves work distribution, by distributing the work between weeks more evenly. Previously, WFM Builder tended to schedule more work hours at the beginning of the Scenario and fewer in the final week, when the Scenario was understaffed and the work hours for the week were flexible. (WFM-23774)
Upgrade Notes
No special procedure is required to upgrade to release 8.5.003.12.
