Resolved Issues
This release contains the following resolved issues:
Stat Server now correctly ignores DNs of the Access Resource type. Previously, Stat Server did not register the DN that was configured with the same number as the Access Resource. (SS-6278)
Stat Server now correctly ignores the origination DN from the Environment tenant (assigned to an agent group or a place group on another tenant) if the type of that DN is different from the Virtual Queue. (SS-6273)
Stat Server no longer experiences memory corruption due to incorrect handling of some events from Interaction Server. Previously, in such cases, Stat Server would terminate unexpectedly. (SS-6266, SS-6194, SS-6146)
Stat Server now promptly exits upon LCA request to shutdown if the request occurs during the initialization. Previously in this scenario on Unix platforms, Stat Server exited only after the initialization was finished. (SS-6251)
In scenarios when the AfterCallWork action is to be generated with a different call-type than that of the AfterCallWork action already in progress, Stat Server now correctly ends the existing action and then starts the new one. Previously, Stat Server only updated the existing action data which lead to actions like AfterCallWorkOutbound not ending correctly. (SS-6134)
