This subject area represents the skill resumes of agent resources.
Subject Area Dimensional Model Tables

|RESOURCE_SKILL_FACT view||Each row describes one skill at a particular proficiency level that one agent possesses. The grain of the fact is an accumulating snapshot that represents the duration of the configured skill and proficiency, which are identified by a unique ID in the configuration database.|
