Subject Area Dimensional Model Tables

Table/View Description
DATE_TIME Allows facts to be described by attributes of a calendar date and 15-minute interval.
RESOURCE Allows facts to be described based on the attributes of contact center resources.
RESOURCE_SKILL_FACT view Each row describes one skill at a particular proficiency level that one agent possesses. The grain of the fact is an accumulating snapshot that represents the duration of the configured skill and proficiency, which are identified by a unique ID in the configuration database.
