Workspace Desktop Edition (WDE) can now display a preview of inbound attachments during Twitter and Twitter direct interactions. (SMD-6423)

The number of API calls made to Genesys Hub when processing each inbound Twitter interaction has been optimized. As a result, Digital Messaging Server processes the Twitter interactions without any delay. (SMD-6422)
