Outbound Architecture Overview
Outbound Contact provides an integrated environment for creating, running, and reporting on outbound campaigns. The following figure illustrates how the Outbound Contact components integrate with other Genesys components in a standard T-Server environment.
The following subsections describes (respectively) the Outbound Contact components, Genesys Administrator, and how they fit into the architecture that is illustrated in the following figure.
