Alarms Filter
The Filter screen allows users to specify what alarms they receive by various attributes of the alarms. You may choose to view only Active Alarms (no closed alarms), a Multiple Customer View Switch (only available for partners), an Alarm Severity selection to choose all or any combination of severities, Start/End Date and Time selection, as well as being able to disable certain Origins for a customer. Selecting the Start/End Date and Time will allow to specify a very specific time frame to view alarms.
