Set this option to true to have the GREs synchronize and deploy rules at startup. This value is ignored if auto-synch-rules is set to true (that is, when auto-synch-rules is true then auto-synch is always performed at startup.
This is useful if rules synchronization is required only at startup when auto-synch-rules is set to false.

Time interval ( in minutes ) between the end of last periodic auto-synch operation and the start of new auto-synch operation.

Setting this option to true will make the clustered GRE to periodically synch rule packages with other GREs of the same cluster.
Importing the GRE "Smart Cluster" Template
From Genesys Administrator
- Navigate to Application Templates.
- Click Upload Templates (upper right corner).
- Choose the Genesys_Rules_Engine_Application_Cluster_853.apd file.
- Click Save and Close.
- Go to Applications.
- Create a New application.
- For the template, choose the application template that you just created in steps 1-4.
- Fill in the mandatory fields, including the host (which is not used, but GA requires you to complete this field).
- In the Connections section, add each GRE in the cluster.
- On the Options tab, configure the three auto-synchronization options:
