What's New

This release contains the following new features and enhancements:

• Interaction Server now reports the correct "Service Unavailable" status to the Local Control Agent (SCS, GAX) if it is unable to initialize successfully. Previously, in rare cases, the Interaction Server reported an incorrect "Running" status. (IXN-5097)

This release contains the following resolved issues:

The Interaction Server, when started with national encoding, now properly handles non-English data received through Web Service Capture Point on the Windows platform. (IXN-7439)
