Contact Us

When you select Contact Us from the Menu or the Case Details screen, you will be routed to a phone list. The Contact Us screen will automatically try to detect what Platform you are on (PureEngage, PureCloud or PureConnect). If you would like to change the option, please choose your proper platform and then choose whichever location you would like to contact. It will bring up your dialer on your phone and you will be able to contact Genesys Customer Care.
