What's New
This release contains the following new features and enhancements:
- iWD Manager filters now support "is like" and "value in list" criteria. (IWD-8170)
- Support for OpenJDK 8 is introduced. See the Prerequisites section on the IWD page in the Genesys Supported Operating Environment Reference Guide for more detailed information and a list of all prerequisites. (IWD-8175)
Resolved Issues
This release contains the following resolved issues:
Filters now correctly display tasks for the current day when the user timezone is set to default. Previously in this scenario, tasks for the previous day were displayed. (IWD-8248)
iWD Manager logging was previously configured via the log4j.properties file. This file has been removed and configuration properties have moved to Configuration Server. Logging configuration has also been unified for all iWD components. LMS files now contain full log messages, so Message Server alarms can be set up in the same way as other Genesys products.
