- Added support for virtual platform ESXi 5.5.
Resolved Issues
This release contains the following resolved issues:
When using Oracle database server, you can now delete User objects even if it has related information such as, Schedule scenarios. (WFM-25469)
WFM database schema includes the stored procedure WMP_DEL_CONF_T_AG, which can be used to purge terminated Agents. This procedure works differently in MSSQL and Oracle databases, for example:
- When using Oracle database server, terminated agents are purged when they have no Schedules, Calendar items, Agent Real Time State changes, and are not included in any Meetings. All of this related information must be deleted before executing this purge.
- When using MSSQL database server, terminated agents are purged when they have neither Schedules, nor Calendar items, nor Agent Real Time State changes, nor are they included in any Meetings. If even one type of this related information is present, it must be deleted before executing this purge.
(WFM-25071)
