This section provides the latest information on known issues and recommendations associated with this product. It includes information on when individual items were found and, if applicable, corrected. The Resolved Issues section for each release describes the corrections and may list additional issues that were corrected without first being documented as Known Issues.

Currently, only the "default" Social Media Plug-in theme for WDE is supported for Persistent Chat. With other themes, the icons do not render properly.

Currently, Promoted Tweets for Twitter platform are not supported as they are not directly associated with any @mention or mapped to any tracked keyword. If you need this functionality, create a Feature Request.

To ensure that URLs in interactions appear as clickable links, the value of Workspace Desktop Edition's facebook.url-regex, facebookprivatemessage.url-regex, and facebooksession.url-regex options must be:

The Social Media Plug-in supports Workspace Desktop Edition 8.5.1.x and above. Versions lower than 8.5.1.x are not supported.

It is not possible for an agent to open an image that is in an inbound Twitter direct message if the agent is not logged in to Twitter.

The plugin improperly allows you to place an outbound draft interaction into a workbin without having any contact assigned to it. If you do this, there is no record of the interaction in the UCS database, and the content of the interaction is not visible while it is in the workbin.
