What's New
This release contains the following new features and enhancements:
- A new emoji picker has been added to Facebook and Twitter message editors. An agent can now invoke this feature in one click and select available emojis to be added to the message.
- Text areas for Facebook and Twitter responses may be adjusted by the agent and this sizing is retained between agent sessions.
Resolved Issues
This release contains the following resolved issues:
Tweets can now be marked as Unfavorite from My History. (SMD-3542)
Tweets can now be marked as Favorite from My History. (SMD-3543)
Due to restrictions imposed by Facebook, it is not possible to indicate the number of a user's friends. (SMD-3586)
The ampersand (&) character now displays correctly in Workspace Desktop Edition and Social Media Plug-in for GAX. Previously, it displayed as the HTML character entity {{&}} (for example, ampersand-a-m-p-semicolon). (SMD-3731)
Role-Based Access Control now works as expected for Facebook public messages when security.disable-rbac is set to false. Role privileges WorkItem.canMoveToWorkbin, WorkItem.canMarkDone, WorkItem.canOneStepTransfer, and so on, now work according to each privilege setting. (SMD-3993)
