The value of the twitter.image-attachment-char-length parameter from the interaction-workspace settings group must be changed to 24. This change can only be done manually. (SMD-3386)

Clicking Show All now correctly displays all inbound and outbound posts associated with the relevant interaction. Previously, the agent's second-level comments (comments on comments) were not shown. (SMD-3333)
