Resolved Issues
This release contains the following resolved issues:
Clicking Show All now correctly displays all inbound and outbound posts associated with the relevant interaction. Previously, the agent's second-level comments (comments on comments) were not shown. This issue was addressed previously in release 8.5.300.11. This release corrects two issues that were discovered subsequently: the system now pulls all of the agent’s comments from the history, and the timestamps of posts are correct. (SMD-3333)
