What's New

This release contains the following new features.

• When one Interaction Server is brought down while another one takes over, users can now continue working with open active interactions. The Desktop screen is blocked while the secondary Interaction Server becomes primary.

• The following role has been added:

InteractionWorkspace.Twitter.canCreateUnsolicitedTweetFromTeamCommunicator

This allows the following combinations:

InteractionWorkspace.Twitter.canCreateUnsolicitedTweet = Allowed

InteractionWorkspace.Twitter.canCreateUnsolicitedTweetFromTeamCommunicator = Not set

Result: The agent can create unsolicited tweets from Team Communicator and can send unsolicited tweets to the customer's Twitter account page.

InteractionWorkspace.Twitter.canCreateUnsolicitedTweet = Not set

InteractionWorkspace.Twitter.canCreateUnsolicitedTweetFromTeamCommunicator = Allowed

Result: The agent can create unsolicited tweets from Team Communicator but cannot send unsolicited tweets to the customer's Twitter account page.
