Delete a Program

You can only delete a program that is not linked to a category and is not associated with calls. To delete a program linked to a category you must first remove the specific program from the category definition.

Procedure

1. Close the program you want to delete.
2. In the program tree, select the program you want to delete.
3. Click Delete Program

A message appears and you are asked to verify whether or not you want to delete the specific program.

4. Click Yes.
