This release contains the following resolved issues:

Interaction Server now correctly handles segmented views when working on Windows in UTF-8 mode with Oracle DB through ODBC. Previously, the number of interactions in some segments were mistakenly counted as 0 in some cases. (IXN-4870)

The attr_itx_place_in_queue_seq interactions attribute is now correctly updated when the interaction is placed in the queue or a workbin. Previously, in some cases the old value remained, causing creation of incorrect reports on interaction handling durations. (IXN-4827)
