Resolved Issues
This release contains the following resolved issues:
Interaction Server no longer exits in a scenario involving a conference or direct agent to agent transfer in which
- The invitation is not accepted by the invited agent, and meanwhile,
- The originating agent places the interaction in a queue or workbin at exactly the same time that the invitation timeout expires. (ESR-11746)
Upgrade Notes
No special procedure is required to upgrade to release 8.5.107.08.
