This release includes only resolved issues.

Resolved Issues

This release contains the following resolved issues:

Interaction Server now correctly reads interactions via ODBC with a binary data size that is a multiple of the blob-chunk-size option value. Previously, Interaction Server failed any operations related to reading such interactions, including routing, handling by an agent, or viewing of its information. (IXN-4708)

Interaction Server now correctly updates an interaction queue through the Web Service Capture Point when working in iWD compatibility mode. (IXN-4629)

Interaction Server now correctly connects to the backup Configuration Server in the following situation:

  • Interaction Server connects to the backup Configuration Server but the connection is severed after a short period of time.
  • Interaction Server attempts to connect to the primary Configuration Server but the connection failed.
  • Interaction Server reattempts to connect to the backup Configuration Server.

Previously, the above situation could cause Interaction Server to lose the connection parameters for the backup Configuration Server. (IXN-4581)

Interaction Server no longer crashes on Linux if initialization of JMS Event Logger or DB Event Logger has failed. (IXN-4543)
