This release contains the following resolved issues:
This version correctly handles character encoding in the Web Service Capture Point API. Previous versions, starting from 8.5.101, incorrectly used UTF-8 encoding when the Server was set to non-UTF-8 encoding, and used the current non-UTF-8 codepage when the Server was configured to use UTF-8. (ESR-12667)
