Resolved Issues
This release contains the following resolved issues:
Interaction Server now correctly applies the setting of the option require-client-authentication in the Integrated Capture Point WebService. Previously, Interaction Server always requested the client certificate during the secure connection handshake, regardless of the option setting. (IXN-4157)
Interaction Server now correctly handles situations in which it loses a connection to Configuration Server and, after reconnecting, encounters a set of configuration objects that is smaller than what existed before the connection was lost. This smaller set of objects is due to the configuration database being restored from a backup that does not contain all of the objects that were previously created and known to Interaction Server. To resolve this issue, Interaction Server now performs a cleanup of its memory and deletes all extra objects immediately after reconnecting to Configuration Server. Previously in this situation, Interaction Server terminated unexpectedly. (IXN-4115)
The Integrated Capture Point WebService has a new configuration option, cipher-list in the settings section, that enables you to specify a list of cipher suites to use in the TLS connection to the Integrated Capture Point WebService. The option value must be formatted according to the rules in the Genesys Security Deployment Guide. (IXN-4113)
Interaction Server now correctly provides responses to requests to pull interactions by ORS in pull-for-strategy mode. Previously, on rare occasions, it was possible for a newly connected ORS to not receive a response for a pull request. (IXN-4100)
