This release includes only resolved issues.
This release contains the following resolved issues:
GAX no longer sends repeated requests to Configuration Server to update the default Application object if the logged-in user does not have Update permission for this object. Previously, GAX repeatedly contacted Configuration Server to update the default Application object and then reported errors in its log if it was unable to perform the update. This issue did not affect functionality of GAX, although it might have added unexpected errors in log files. (GAX-7255, GCLOUD-2925)
GAX now properly updates Agent Groups, Access Groups, and Roles if the logged-in user does not have Read permission for some of the group members. Previously in this scenario, those group members for whom the user did not have Read permission and which were therefore invisible to the user were removed after the user updated the group. (GAX-7151)
Tenant administrators, contact-center managers, and supervisors can now successfully create Agents in their customer folders when using Cloud mode in the Agents window. Previously, GAX incorrectly configured Agent Logins, Places, and DNs for these Agents, which prevented Cloud mode from being used effectively to create new Agents. (GAX-7125, GAX-7071)
No special procedure is required to upgrade to release 8.5.000.58.
