Genesys Hub Plug-in for Workspace Desktop Edition now replaces illegal characters in filenames with appropriate replacements and displays correct previews. Previously, the preview of some attachments did not work properly as the plugin failed to correctly handle illegal filenames of inbound attachments. (MSGA-3982, MSGA-3984)
