What's New

This release contains the following new features and enhancements:

Important

The latest version of the driver supports TLS 1.2 and Java 7. However, it is recommended to upgrade to Java 8.

• The driver now supports Facebook reactions and the reactions count. Agents can now see the number of reactions for each post or comment in Facebook at the time of interaction.

This release contains the following resolved issues:

The driver is now more stable and resilient in preventing situations when the driver unexpectedly stops working and fails to fetch interactions from cloud. (SMD-3546)
