Now an agent can correctly copy content during an email reply. Previously, when an agent started to browse the Knowledge tab while reviewing an inbound email, the Copy Content button was unavailable for use in a reply. (GK-8018)
Spell correction in Knowledge Center Plugin for Workspace Desktop Edition has now been fine-tuned to be more user-friendly by avoiding incorrect advice and corrections. Previously, spell correction handled certain phrases incorrectly. (GK-8017)
The Knowledge Center Plugin for Workspace Desktop Edition now regularly checks the list of knowledge bases available on the server and prompts agents to refresh if changes have been made. Previously, the plugin only obtained the list of knowledge bases upon agent login to Workspace. (GK-7970)
No special procedure is required to upgrade to release 9.0.005.02.
