What's New

This release contains the following new features and enhancements:

• On November 07, 2019, Build 2 was released that supports Red Hat OpenJDK 11 along with continued support of Oracle OpenJDK 11.0.1 or higher. See the Prerequisites section on the Genesys Administrator Extension page in the Genesys Supported Operating Environment Reference Guide for more detailed information and a list of all prerequisites. (GAX-10638)
• Enabled Edit Skills feature for the Agents listed in the Dependencies tab of the Skills object. (GAX-10462)
