What's New

This release contains the following new features and enhancements:

• This release introduces two new options, skill_assignment_max_agent_updates and skill_assignment_max_skill_updates, under the general section of Application Options. You can use the skill_assignment_max_agent_updates option to set a limit on the number of agents the user can select when using the Edit Skills feature. Similarly, the skill_assignment_max_skill_updates option allows you to set a limit on the number of changes the user can perform during the skills update. In both cases, when the user exceeds the limit, the user is shown a warning message. (GAX-11567)
