What's New

This release contains the following new features and enhancements:

  • Third-party dependencies have been updated to maintain security and reliability. (GAX-11799), (GAX-11797), (GAX-11775), (GAX-11765), (GAX-11689)
  • A new Show Selected Agent(s) button is introduced in the Agent Dashboard page to view only the selected agents. (GAX-11753)
  • The Edit Skill window width is increased to accommodate lengthy skill names. (GAX-11668)
  • Genesys Administrator Extension (GAX) now shows suggestions even if the user copy-pastes the values in the Agent Login field. (GAX-11667)


Resolved Issues

This release contains the following resolved issues:


GAX performance has been improved in the Parameter Group Template (PGT) operation by reducing unnecessary backend calls. (GAX-11883)


Improved web server file protection. (GAX-11879)


To avoid high memory usage while using Advanced Search for the Person objects, a new option search_person_required_field_choices is introduced in the general section of the application options. (GAX-11783)


GAX now sends one call to fetch all Agents of an Agent Group. Previously, GAX sent individual call to each agents which resulted in inconsistent rendering of large Agent Groups. (GAX-11730)


The Cache-Control header is now configurable. Use the newly added property cache_control in the gax.properties file to configure the header. The default values of the header are no-cache, no-store, must-revalidate. (GAX-11718)


To avoid loading Angular JS in the browser, set the newly added option disableCLOG to true. This option is added in the general section of the default application options. (GAX-11553)

No special procedure is required to upgrade to release 9.0.106.12.
