WFM Data Aggregator now optimizes the schedule-loading requests sent to WFM Server, thereby avoiding occasional grayed-out agent information in real-time Adherence view. Previously, grayed-out lines appeared in this view when Data Aggregator failed to load agent schedule information fast enough. (WFM-33272)
