The contents of the shipped GRAT .war file have been modified to remove inconsistencies that could cause Class Format exceptions in certain environments when users tried to validate, save or deploy a rule. (GRS-3449, GRS-3442, GRS-3429)

The REST API has been modified to include additional APIs to assist in finding and removing orphaned rule packages (packages that have become invisible after deleting nodes in the business structure) that might block the creation or import of new rule packages with the same name. The following APIs have been added:

• Query orphaned rule packages
• Delete orphaned rule package
• Query rule package by name
• Query rule package by ID
