This release contains the following resolved issues:

A problem that caused rules templates to be incorrectly reserved by the importer when exported to an XML file and re-imported into GRAT has been corrected in this release. Previously this problem prevented any other GRDT user from publishing templates until they had been manually unreserved by a user with Developer rights in Composer. (GRS-3377)

Some rule packages have previously had issues during compilation due to an incompatibility between the ECJ lib shipped with GRAT and that included in some Tomcat distributions. The GRAT ECJ library has been upgraded to resolve this issue. (GRS-3376)
