The importing of Decision Tables as XLS files has been streamlined in scenarios where the Decision Table references Configuration Server objects like Business Attributes and Transaction Lists, and/or List objects like Agents, Agent Groups, Skills, and so on. (GRS-3115, GRS-3116)
