- 10327—Indicates that the operation mode (primary or backup) of the application has changed frequently.
- 10328—Indicates that the application is in a stable state.
- 10329—Indicates that "split brain" condition may have occurred for SCS.

What's New
This release contains the following new feature and enhancement:
- Support for the Windows Server 2019 operating system. See the Framework page in the Genesys Supported Operating Environment Reference Guide for more detailed information and a list of all supported operating systems. (MFWK-21880)
- Solution Control Server now does not switchover the applications after disconnecting from the backup SCS or backup host LCA. Instead, SCS waits for the timeout period configured by the haflip-detect-timeout option to expire and then it operates without a backup SCS. The new Log Event, 10331, is generated to indicate that SCS is operating without a backup. In addition, the minimum supported value of the haflip-detect-timeout option is changed from 1 to 10, and this option now accepts -1 as a valid value. When the option is set to -1, the timeout is disabled. (MFWK-21500)
Resolved Issues
This release contains the following resolved issue:
When the haflip-detect-timeout option is set to a value above 15, Solution Control Server now detects the split-brain condition of its peer when it is operating in distributed mode. Previously in this scenario, Solution Control Server was unable to detect the split-brain condition. (MFWK-21604)
