Solution Control Server (SCS) now prevents redundant TLS upgrade requests on secure connections with Local Control Agent (LCA). Previously, when SCS attempted to retrieve host information from LCA after reconnection, it failed to obtain application statuses due to a TLS upgrade failure that occurred when the upgrade was sent a second time, preventing the application from recovering from split-brain scenario.(MFWK-24778)
