Resolved Issues
This release contains the following resolved issues:
All metrics that have a sequence number that is greater than 0 are considered to be part of the System Default list of metrics. These metrics are displayed on the dashboard when a user selects the System Default list in the Column Chooser or when a user does not have access to the Column Chooser.
You can now use the Report Metrics Manager in the Advisors administration module to set the sequence number for metrics that you want to be in the System Default metrics list, and to clear the sequence numbers from those that you want to remove from the System Default metrics list. Genesys recommends that you perform the changes to the Report Metrics Manager page during a maintenance window when users are not logged on to ensure that the existing default metrics are not saved as user preferences for the logged-in users, as this could prevent the logged-in users from seeing the updates that you made to the default metrics.
If you installed Advisors release 8.5.202.09 or release 9.0.000.06 and require this functionality, contact your Genesys representative to request a patch for your software release.
