Resolved Issues
This release contains the following resolved issues:
An issue that caused DMS to incorrectly merge chat sessions from different channels is fixed. The issue occurred if a brand's customer sent separate messages through multiple channels. A new option, separate-chat-session, is introduced to fix this issue. Using this option, you can specify whether DMS must create separate chat sessions for a brand’s customer when the customer sends separate messages through multiple channels.
- If the value is true, DMS creates a separate chat session for each channel when a customer sends messages through multiple channels.
- If the value is false (default), messages from different channels sent by the customer are merged into a single chat session.
