cancel-threshold
Section: agg
Default Value: 0
Valid Values: A value in seconds.
Changes Take Effect: After restart of the aggregation process
Introduced: 100.0.004.0100
Causes RAA to automatically exit the process using System.exit if aggregation has not stopped as expected within the number of seconds configured for this option. Set this value to a positive integer (seconds).
If this option is set to 0 (No System.Exit) and aggregation fails to stop correctly, aggregation can hang, preventing it from starting when called on subsequent occasions.
100.0.004.0100

What's New
This release contains the following new features and enhancements:
- RAA now monitors aggregation, and can exit the process when aggregation does not stop automatically. A new configuration option, cancel-threshold in the [agg] section, controls how long RAA waits before exiting the process. You can also set the threshold using the cancelThreshold parameter. Previously, depending on the installed JDBC driver version, aggregation sometimes failed to stop correctly. When this happened, aggregation could hang, which prevented aggregation from starting when called on subsequent occasions. (GCXI-5568)
- As of 12/03/21, support for Windows Server 2019. See the Genesys Customer Experience Insights page in the Genesys Supported Operating Environment Reference Guide for more detailed information and a list of all supported operating systems. (GCXI-5414)
