An Oracle-specific issue that caused duplicate entries in the Dimension tables is now fixed. The issue occurred when a Key-Value Pair (KVP) had an empty value. All empty values such as IWD_ext_requestedAgent = "" are now calculated in the same way as NULLs (visible as Unknown in reporting). (IWD-10010)
