What's New
- Pulse includes two new templates: Chat Service Level Performance, Chat Waiting Statistics (IxnQ, GroupBy). They utilize the Group By feature and require StatServer 8.5.103 or later.
- The Chat Agent Activity template was updated.
Resolved Issues
This release contains the following resolved issues:
Users with MSSQL Server as their relational database management system no longer receive an Internal Server Error message when shared Dashboards and Wallboards have more than 2000 widgets and they try to manage or add new Dashboards or Wallboards. (WBRT-8825)
Objects in the Line chart widget legend are now sorted in alphabetical order. (WBRT-8778)
Pulse now automatically reloads after an administrator propagates changes. Previously, you had to click a Reload icon if available. (WBRT-8745)
You can no longer save a widget if it overwrites changes propagated from the widget template. (WBRT-8731)
A unique number is now added to imported objects if they are identical to existing objects. Previously, they were imported with the same name. (WBRT-8724)
Thin sectors of Donut charts are now displayed properly. (WBRT-8713)
Pulse leaves the column menu open when you unselect column. Previously, it might close. (WBRT-8254)
