This release contains the following new features and enhancements:
- The login page and dashboard elements have Genesys branding colors.
- Genesys Pulse 9.0.002.00 requires Genesys Pulse Collector 9.0.001.02. There is no 9.0.002.xx release of Genesys Pulse Collector.
Resolved Issues
This release contains the following resolved issues:
Genesys Pulse now correctly fetches the next available Application Key. Previously, Genesys Pulse always used the Application Key equal to 1, so not connected Genesys Pulse instances were not able to use the same database. (WBRT-11517)
Genesys Pulse properly handles the situation if a file with an invalid format is selected for the import. (WBRT-11507)
Genesys Pulse properly handles the situation if a shared Dashboard or Wallboard, without any title, is published using API. (WBRT-11468)
The Agent Status text is now replaced by Agent Status Icon when the "Show Agent State Icon" option is checked for status statistics in the corresponding Widget Template. (WBRT-11466)
Extra spaces are no longer shown between characters on the pinned Text Widget. (WBRT-11422)
Now, the color of the date-time footer text on the Wallboard matches the color of the last character of the pinned Text Widget. (WBRT-11409)
Names of statistics or objects, which are using HTML tags, are shown correctly on the Grid Widget, Data View, Time Tracking, and Line Widget. (WBRT-11397)
Text formatting of the Text Widget is now displayed in the summary panel of the Widget Management interface. (WBRT-11393)

The historical data filtering algorithm for Line charts is improved. Previously, Line charts could have inconsistent historical data when the cleanup tool was running. (WBRT-10062)
