What's New
This release contains the following new features and enhancements:
- New vendor specific parameters for Google Speech-To-Text (GSR) can be set via the following VoiceXML properties (check the documentation of your application authoring tool to confirm support for adding these properties):
- com.genesyslab.asr.single_utterance. The default value is false. For more information, see
here.
- ImportantWhen the value is set to true, a recognition timeout may occur if speech is not detected within 8 seconds. This can be a problem when the application uses long barge-in enabled prompts.
- com.genesyslab.asr.model. There is no default value. Google default model applies. For more information, see here.
- com.genesyslab.asr.use_enhanced. The default value is false. For more information, see
here.
- ImportantFor best recognition results with EN-US, EN-GB, ES-ES, and RU-RU languages, Genesys recommends setting com.genesyslab.asr.use_enhanced to true and the model com.genesyslab.asr.model to phone_call. The above properties may be configurable in the future for other languages when Google supports those. Check here to confirm. Enhanced models have different pricing than standard models. Contact your Google partner if you have questions.

SRTP media no longer disconnects unexpectedly in response to SIP re-INVITE for conference recording. (GVP-41920)
Media Server no longer becomes unresponsive in a MSML conference scenario where the conference is being cleaned up while a queued MSML request is in progress. Previously, in similar, but rare occurrences, the Media Server became non-responsive. (GVP-41911)
When the MCP parameter [mpc] srtp.mode is set to none, RFC 5939-based SDP capability negotiation is no longer done when it involves SRTP. (GVP-41516)
MCP no longer shuts down unexpectedly when the Google Service Account Key is a malformed JSON file. (GVP-41386)
MCP no longer shuts down unexpectedly while handling GIR recording alarms related to certificate validation. (GVP-41303)
