This release contains the following new features and enhancements:
- Customers who are on a phone call will now be able to request co-browsing assistance from the agent via the Channel Selector Widget. Customers who are on a chat can continue to start a co-browse session directly from the Chat Widget.
This release contains the following resolved issues:
With this release, the widgets will no longer be visible to the agent during a co-browse session. (CXW-540)
