What's New

Important

Widgets have been available under the Early Adopter Program as a Restricted release since February 2016. For a comprehensive list of all the features, please see the What's New section on the Widgets home page.

This release contains the following new features and enhancements:

• Customers who are on a phone call will now be able to request co-browsing assistance from the agent via the Channel Selector Widget. Customers who are on a chat can continue to start a co-browse session directly from the Chat Widget.
