Resolved Issues
This release contains the following resolved issues:
Proactive chat invites to customers are now suppressed if the user is already using one of the widgets. Previously when registering for a chat, the proactive chat offer would occasionally appear again, causing multiple forms to be open on the page at the same time. (CXW-843)
Upgrade Notes
No special procedure is required to upgrade to release 8.5.005.22.
